Biography
Since 2007, I have used the internet and social media as tools to inform, educate and mobilize people around animal rights and veganism. I am the founder of Vista-se, one of the largest vegan platforms in Latin America, where I produce accessible and impactful content aimed at questioning animal exploitation and promoting a more ethical lifestyle.
My work sits at the intersection of journalism, activism and digital communication. Over the years, I have built a solid relationship with the public and private sectors, becoming a trusted source of information for the animal rights movement. NGOs and companies frequently reach out to me to help spread news, campaigns and relevant developments within the movement, recognizing my role as a bridge between different actors.
At the same time, I actively hold companies, artists and public figures accountable for unethical behavior toward animals, using my platforms to bring visibility to these issues and often breaking important news in this field. This combination of influence, credibility and critical voice has positioned me as a key communicator within the Brazilian animal rights movement.
Beyond my digital work, I am also a speaker, having taken part in events such as TEDx and several conferences focused on veganism and sustainability, and I am the author of the book "No animal deserves to be considered an ingredient".

Diplomatically convinced Shopping Iguatemi in São Paulo to give up handing out real rabbits as Easter gifts.

I have been in activism for 24 years now. But I gradually cut out meat over those years. And when I started following your content on Vista-se, it definitely gave me that push toward veganism. Your content is light, useful and necessary, and it certainly encouraged many people, myself included.
Vista-se launched in 2007 and I believe that, just as Fabio was informing himself, I was walking the same path. We are contemporaries in veganism, and in that time my city became known through Fabio's reports — he was always responsive to my requests, making the local work widely recognized across Brazil. When I was finishing my degree in Advertising, I wasn't good at final art or creation, but I was an excellent copywriter. Back then I started reading and looking for portals to write for and I fell in love with Vista-se's ideas (it was all written at the time). Soon I rescued a piglet — if I'm not mistaken it was around the Rodoanel Marias accident — and I began to feel the call to veganism. Vista-se guided me for a long time, along with your calm and thoughtful way of dealing with the movement, the haters... When I was already in rescue activism, you always helped, supported, promoted and believed in me even when everything seemed to fall apart. I never forget that kind of thing. Oh, and today it's my mom who never misses a YouTube video and even sends them to me.
I became vegetarian and Vista-se helped me a lot in that process back in 2013, and then vegan in 2015. I bought that "V" pendant from the Vista-se store and started wearing it to never forget this choice of mine.

I was vegetarian when I saw a video of yours saying that to truly help animals we had to go vegan. Right there I did a 1-month challenge without cheese and eggs and never went back. It's been 6 years now! 💚
